This website, hardiktitiya.com, is the personal portfolio of Hardik Titiya, a motion designer based in Ahmedabad, India. This page explains what limited information the site collects, why, and who helps run it. In plain terms: I only collect what you choose to send me through the contact form, and I don't sell or share your data.

The only information you actively provide is through the contact form:

- The project type you select
- Your message
Like almost every website, my hosting and security providers also automatically process basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is standard server activity and is not used to identify you personally.
How I use it
- To read and reply to your enquiry.
- To send you an automatic confirmation email letting you know your message was received.
- To protect the contact form from spam and automated abuse.
I do not use your details for marketing, and I do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone.
Third-party services
A few trusted services help run this site:
- Hostinger — website hosting and server logs.
- Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and the Turnstile spam check.
- Email delivery — your message and my reply are delivered by email through a standard mail service.
- Vimeo and YouTube — some project pages embed videos hosted on these platforms. When a video loads or plays, that platform may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
How long I keep your data
Contact enquiries are kept in my email for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our correspondence. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete any personal information you have sent me. Just email hello@hardiktitiya.com and I will take care of it.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cookies are only used where strictly necessary — for example, by Cloudflare for security, or by embedded video players when you interact with them.
